Welcome to our Primary Care Network. South Fulham PCN is a partnership of 7 local GP practices in the Fulham and Parsons Green area. Our practices are Cassidy Road Medical Centre, Palace Surgery, The Fulham Medical Centre, Sands End Health Clinic, Fulham Cross Medical Centre, The Lilyville Surgery and Ashville Surgery. Our Primary Care Network aims to address local need by working together to provide a variety of different services for our patients and local residents.

Think Pharmacy First

Patients can now see a pharmacist first and do not need a GP appointment or a prescription to get advice and treatment for certain conditions.

It’s easy, you can just walk in!

NHS App

Our GP surgeries offer a range of online patient services for you to use, such as the NHS App. With these services you can contact your surgery and make routine patient requests such as ordering a repeat prescription or booking an appointment.
